I have been waiting month after month after month to buy replacement conical burrs for my (2) manual grinders. PLEASE start selling them!!!

Great product! Now I really need to replace my ceramic burr, or I don't plan to buy more coffee bean. When will burr be in stock? Thanks SC

This is a great coffee grinder that is very easy to use and makes wonderful coffee.

I am waiting to order the burr replacement parts, please know that I will not be ordering any coffee until these parts become available.

When your coffee grains are all different sizes it is time for a new ceramic conical burr. It literally affects the taste of your coffee when the burr wears out. The difference in taste of coffee hand ground with a new burr was startling. The problem was not the coffeemaker, after all.

Haven't needed to use the new burr yet, but it looks great!

Excellent service and wonderful products! I replaced my ceramic burr only because I have had my press for over a year(barely) and use it daily to grind my wonderful coffee beans I only get from Java Press. I love my grinder and have tried several others but they truly do not compare. I also love my coffee!

JavaPresse Coffee Grinder Great product until it breaks. Good for about five months of grinding before the one point of failure breaks. Fortunately that one part is available on this site at a reasonable price. Actually, the cheap part ships along with a new ceramic burr so it doesn't feel like such a soaking. I would think some engineer could make that plastic part with something more durable.

Great Find for Replacement Parts I was happy I found JavaPresse and the replacement parts for the manual burr grinder. I previously purchased a similar grinder from another brand who claimed a lifetime warranty only to find out there was no actual customer service or warranty support when my ceramic part broke. Not only did JavaPresse's replacement part fit, but their customer service followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with my order. I ordered an additional manual grinder and three replacement ceramic burr parts (as they are prone to wear) and now use theirs instead.

Product is great, customer service is the best I love the JavaPresse burr grinder - it was perfect for my needs and gets daily use around the home. One of the component parts, however, broke after six months of use...way too soon! When i emailed the company i immediately received a response. They apologized, took responsibility, and sent me a new grinder immediately. Then they sent out a replacement part and I ended up with two grinders. They took responsibility for the part that malfunctioned - and had redesigned that part. And could not have been nicer. I'm a fan for life.

I was hesitant to have to hand grind my coffee every time (and got some weird looks from roommates), but the quality of the coffee is so worth it! If I have to get up early for work I'll grind it the night before the use a drip coffee pot (I know, I know, not as fresh). If I have some extra time in the morning I'll grind it then and do either pour over or moka pot, both of which the JavaPresse is great for! I use 11 clicks for pour over and 7 for moka pot---and here's a pro tip: use 9 clicks and do a full canister and then split the grinds for a moka pot start to your day followed by a mid morning pour over! I got the grinder in June and had been using it regularly since when the nut stopped working. It stopped "clicking" and then would loosen as I ground beans. I asked JavaPresse for help and they immediately sent a new one in the mail, no questions asked. So in addition to a great product, you get great customer service!
